Sandoval County Fairgrounds & RV Campgrounds

Sandoval County’s award-winning fairgrounds facility is nestled just 70 miles Northwest of Rio Rancho, NM in beautiful Cuba, NM. The 67 acre site offers 25 RV campsites, tent camping sites, a community center, rodeo arena, animal paddocks, barn, commercial kitchen space, concession areas, and much more.

The grounds and all of it’s buildings are owned by Sandoval County and made available for rent to accommodate meetings, events, rodeos, and other events. The fairgrounds are also home to annual Sandoval County Fair and 4H events each year.

Sandoval County Fairgrounds

Sandoval County’s Fairgrounds and its facilities are all available for rent. The facility can accommodate small meetings to large events such as the Sandoval County Fair and New Mexico State High School Rodeo Championships. We have several facilities that may be rented as a group or individually. These facilities include the arena, concession stands, vendor booth spaces, pavilion, office conference room, exhibit/conference building and more. In addition to facility and space rental, the County also can provide labor and clean up services for an hourly fee.

    • Full Use — $25 per hour / $250 per day
    • Arena Ride Only — $10 per hour
    • Arena Prep — $35 per hour

    • Horse Stall (outdoor) — $10 per day
  • Small Animals Arena — $15 per hour / $120 per day
  • Small Animals Barn — $10 per hour / $80 per day
  • Vendor Booths
    • Covered — $15 per day
    • Uncovered — $5 per day
    • Electricity — $5 per day
  • Concession Stands
    • East Concession — $15 per hour / $100 per day
    • West Concession — $10 per hour / $75 per day
    • East Arena Concession — $15 per hour / $100 per day
    • Electricity Service — $5 per hour
  • Pavilion — $10 per hour / $50 per day
  • Office Conference Room — $50 per hour / $400 per day
  • Long Exhibit — $25 per hour / $200 per day
  • Exhibit/Conference Building — $100 per hour / $800 per day
  • Active Use Area — $20 per hour / $150 per day
  • Labor, per person — $35 per hour
  • Cleanup, per person — $35 per hour

Sandoval County RV Campgrounds

Sandoval County’s RV Campground is located on the County Fairgrounds in Cuba, NM and offers 25 RV sites, all of which have electrical and water service. We have a variety of sites offering 50 amp, 20 amp or 30 amp service.

13 sites offer a pull-through option for easy parking of your RV. fifth wheel or travel trailer, with the other 12 offering a back-in set up. Our RV sites are gravel with fire rings/pits and grills. Dogs are welcome at the RV Campground, but must be on a leash at all times. We ask that pet owners be sure to pick up after their pets. Horses and other animals are not permitted in the RV Campground area. Free wifi is included for the RV Campground as is a dump station.

  • Tent Camping Site — no utilities
    • $10 per day

    • $200 per month
  • Dump Station — $10 per use (included with RV site rental)

*As a reminder, dogs are welcome at the RV Campground, but must be on a leash at all times. We ask that pet owners be sure to pick up after their pets. Horses and other animals are not permitted in the RV Campground area.
