Tax Calculator Instructions

1. Click on the link below, which will direct you to the property records search area of our website.
2. Click on the Enter Eagle Web button.
3. Enter the information for the property you wish to have estimated taxes computed.
4. Click the Search button at the bottom of the page to pull up the property.
5. Double click on the property to open up the property information page.
6. Click on the Estimate Taxes button on the left-hand side of the page.
7. Enter the sales price or list price in the area provided.
8. Click on the Estimate Taxes button.
9. Use the Control Print function to print the estimate.
