County Notices

December 27, 2020, the President signed the Covid relief and government funding bill. The bill enacts the 2nd round of the PPP and a $600 stimulus check to Americans. As part of a $900 billion relief bill, Congress approved more than $284 billion in new PPP funding and extends the program through March 21, 2021. Once the SBA revises the program guidelines, PPP will re-open to existing and new borrowers. Its anticipated that the SBA will have the program open for PPP applications within 10 days. Roads Department Projects for the week of 1/19/2021-1/22/2021

  • District 1:
    • Trimming of trees in the Right of Way in the La Madera area.
    • Blade roads in the Placitas area.
  •  District 5:
    • Crews will grade roads in San Luis area.
    • Crews will start to re-establish the shoulders along San Luis Rd. starting at Hwy 550 heading west.

          About the COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution

          Updated: 01/15/2021
          The New Mexico Department of Health on Thursday announced the launch of the state’s vaccine dashboard which offers key up-to-the-day statistics about the state’s vaccination effort, including vaccines received in New Mexico, vaccines administered, vaccines administered in the last seven days, and total registrants.The site also features a map with the location of every active vaccination provider in the state.

          Open Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Closed 12pm - 1pm. Appointments recommended.

          Bureau of Elections
          Open with limited staff.

          County Clerk's Office
          Open Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Appointments are recommended due to limited staff. Wedding licenses will be available by appointment only from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. Monday - Friday. Call 505-867-7572 for an appointment.

          Human Resources
          Open Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Due to limited staff, please call or email with inquiries.

          Planning and Zoning
          Open Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Closed between 12-1pm. Submittals can be processed electronically or dropped off at window. Individual meetings must be approved by Director.

          Probate Court
          The Sandoval County Probate court will be operating at a reduced level starting July 16, 2020. Read Notice
          Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

          Treasurer's Office
          Is open for normal business hours from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. The Treasurer's Office will be closed for lunch from 1 p.m.- 2 p.m. during non-tax season.

          The Treasurer's Office will return to a 7:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. with no lunch closure during the first half of tax season (November 10 - December 10) and the second half of tax season (April 10 - May 10).
