SANDOVAL COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the Sandoval County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 P.M. in the 3rd Floor Commission Chambers at the Sandoval County Administration Bldg, 1500 Idalia Road Building D, Bernalillo, New Mexico, 87004.

V-26-001: Request by Shawn Darley & Jeff Garcia for approval of a Variance in the RC District to allow shorter setbacks for 901 34th ST SW, Rio Rancho Estates.

ZNCH-26-001: Request by Jonathan & Antoinette Dominguez for a Zone Map Amendment from CD-LP to Special Use District for 2 Calle Taraddei in Placitas, NM.
