LEGAL NOTICE

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the Sandoval County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 P.M. in the 3rd Floor Commission Chambers at the Sandoval County Administration Bldg, 1500 Idalia Road Building D, Bernalillo, New Mexico, 87004.

The following items are scheduled to be heard:

VAC-25-003: Request by Vincent Vigil for Vacation of Public Utility Easement and Public Access Road for lots 9-13 in Fullerton Ridge Subdivision, Sandia Park.

ZNCH-25-006: Request by Gregory R. McAllister for a Zone Map Amendment from RRA to Special Use District for Subd: MAP 5 Tract: 73A in Algodones, NM.
