LEGAL NOTICE

On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, the Sandoval County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 P.M. in the 3rd Floor Commission Chambers at the Sandoval County Administration Bldg, 1500 Idalia Road Building D, Bernalillo, New Mexico, 87004.

The following items are scheduled to be heard:

CU-24-008: Request by Atlas Tower 1, LLC for a new Communications Tower at 537 County Road 11, Cuba, NM.

ZNCH-25-002: Request by Sandoval County Economic Development for a Zone Map Amendment from “No Zone” to General Industrial District (I-1) for S:36 T:13N R:1E Subd: Rio Rancho Estates UNPLATTED LAND, Rio Rancho, NM.
