In the hopes of getting adopted into their new fur-ever homes, attracting pet foster parents, and increasing awareness about Animal Services, the wonderful dogs (and people) of the Sandoval County Community Services Department participated in the AT THE HOP Just for the HEALTH of it! event on Saturday, April 29. While no poodle skirts were worn, our happy four-legged friends did strut their stuff with the help of their Animal Services pals. Sandoval County joined many local companies, healthcare organizations, vendors, and more to celebrate Literacy, Health and Wellness. At the Hop was sponsored by Bernalillo Public Schools and held on the grounds of Bernalillo High School.
