Sandoval County will be closed for Spring Break on April 18 and April 19. This will include, but is not limited to, the following facilities and programs:
- All Sandoval County Offices
- Sandoval County Landfill (Landfill will be open April 18, but will be closed on April 19 & 20)
- Cuba Collection Center
- Canon (Jemez) Collection Center
- Pena Blanca Collection Center
- Bernalillo Senior Center
- Corrales Senior Center
- Cuba Senior Center
- Jemez Valley Senior Center
- Placitas Community Center
- El Zocalo Event Center
- DWI Prevention & Intervention Programs
Services during the closure will still be offered by the Sandoval County Sheriff’s Department and the Sandoval County Fire Department. The Sandoval County Detention Center will be in operation, but the administrative offices will be closed. Visitation will still be permitted at the Detention Center on these Spring Break days. All of Sandoval County’s facilities and services will reopen for regular business hours on April 22.
The Sandoval County website, and services offered through the website, will still be available during the facility closures.
