Sandoval County Treasurer’s Office and Sheriff’s Office Gather Toys for Underprivileged Children of County

Multiple locations throughout the County available to drop off donations

Bernalillo, N.M., November 27—The Sandoval County Treasurer’s Office and Sheriff’s Office are gathering toys again this year for children of families experiencing economic hardship. The toy drive will take place November 27 through December 22, 2023. Jennifer Taylor, Sandoval County Treasurer, shares, “Like most people, the holidays are my favorite time of year. Unfortunately, some in our community do not always have the means to provide their children with the holiday they deserve. That is why it is my great pleasure to again be partnering with Sandoval County Sheriff Jesse James Casaus to collect and deliver holiday gifts to the most vulnerable in our community.”

Treasurer Taylor adds, “Our past toy drives have been incredibly successful and have brought so much joy to children all over the county. Giving back provides this happiness and it also teaches children that we need to take care of each other. I would like to thank the residents of Sandoval County for their generosity in the past years and for the years to come.” Jesse James Casaus, Sandoval County Sheriff says, “We at Sandoval County have always been honored and happy to bring a smile to the face of children.”
