David J. Heil, District 4, Chair of the Sandoval County Board of County Commissioners (3rd from right), sponsor of this proclamation, presented it to Nurse Practitioner Andrea Maloney (3rd from left) at the October 25, 2023 Commission Meeting. There are more than 3,000 Nurse Practitioners serving the residents of New Mexico today, and there are more than 325,000 licensed Nurse Practitioners in the country. Chair Heil and Ms. Maloney are joined by Commissioners Katherine A. Bruch, District 1 (left), Vice Chair Michael Meek, District 3 (2nd from left), Joshua A.
