The Assisted Transportation program is administered by the Senior Program Administrative Office. Seniors are transported to and from their home to their health care appointments. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Appointments with all providers need to be scheduled between 8 a.m. through 3 p.m.
