A new seven pen temporary animal shelter was placed on the north end of the Sandoval County Administration campus today 11/19/2020. The Sheriff’s Office, which is the animal-control authority in Sandoval County, will maintain the operations at the shelter.

This new high-quality, climate-controlled tiny shelter is meant to house animals on a short-term basis before they’re returned to an owner or transferred to a permanent facility.
