NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM

The Sandoval County Board of County Commissioners will convene as a Committee of the Whole to attend the Sandoval County 2026 Bond Application Process meetings, on the dates and times listed below:

•Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., located at the City of Rio Rancho’s Loma Colorado Main Library Auditorium, 755 Loma Colorado Blvd NE Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
•Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., located at the Sandoval County Placitas Senior Center, 41 Camino de las Huertas, Placitas, NM 87043.
•TuesdaY, June 30th, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., located at the Sandoval County Commission Chambers, 1500 Idalia Road, Bldg. D., Bernalillo, NM 87004.

The members of the Sandoval County Board of County Commissioners will be present in person at the Bond Application Process meetings and will not take action on any matter which is within the subject matter jurisdiction of Sandoval County. In addition, the Commissioners will not discuss any public business among themselves in numbers constituting a quorum of larger.
