On Monday, September 3, Sandoval County will honor those in the workforce. In observance of Labor Day, Sandoval County offices and facilities will be closed on September 3. This will include, but is not limited to, the following facilities and programs:

-All Sandoval County Offices
-Sandoval County Landfill
-Cuba Collection Center
-Canon (Jemez) Collection Center
-Pena Blanca Collection Center
-Bernalillo Senior Center
-Corrales Senior Center
-Cuba Senior Center
-Jemez Valley Senior Center
-Placitas Community Center
-El Zocalo Event Center

Services on September 3 will still be offered by the Sandoval County Sheriff’s Department and the Sandoval County Fire Department. The Sandoval County Detention Center will be in operation, but the administrative offices will be closed and visitation will not be permitted on September 3. All of Sandoval County’s facilities and services will reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday, September 4. The Sandoval County website, and services offered through the website, will still be available on Labor Day.
