What We Do
The Sandoval County Human Resources Department’s Mission is to foster a positive working environment that engenders professional growth and skills development among employees by providing information, training and assistance in all Human Resources and Safety related areas. In addition, our team works to mitigate loss and liability and to create a safe and healthy working environment by enhancing awareness and compliance through training, consultation and health, safety and wellness activities.
How We Serve You
The Human Resources Department is available to serve residents of Sandoval County and employees with the County. We process employment applications, handle disciplinary actions and investigations, and provide risk management services. In addition, our department provides guidance and consultation to elected officials, directors, managers and supervisors in the areas of HR compliance, employee & labor relations and employment regulations & statutes.
